In Gatsrošor has arrived a real Italian Dolce Vita – we have opened Insolita!

Our gastronomic community is expanding! Gastrošor is getting a restaurant with authentic Italian cuisine - the Insolita restaurant, which boasts, as they say, "dishes according to the recipes of old nonas". And we would add that this is precisely the reason why Italian cuisine is universally recognized as the tastiest!

The restaurant's modern design and urban twist complete the pleasure, and like all our restaurants, Insolita offers its visitors the endless greenery of its garden for a real "dolce vita" experience. Chef Gabriel Gori, who brought his experience form restaurants with Michelin stars, from Italy to Singapore to Gastrošor, takes us on a gastronomic journey through the back streets of Italy, where the best restaurants are usually hidden.

As the Insolita restaurant announces, visitors can expect a great selection of music, which on Fridays will focus on evergreen music on acoustic guitars, as well as on planetary hits performed by popular bands on Saturdays. For Sunday, they are preparing something quite new for the Belgrade scene - "Il Pranzo Domenicale", or a Sunday lunch with a Mediterranean accordion modeled on local Italian restaurants, where local guests also come out to sing how much they liked the traditional cuisine.

Judging by the opening, where the spacious garden and hall were filled to capacity by some of the most famous personalities from the world of business, the media and the ever-important gastronomic scene, Insolita will very soon convey its Mediterranean charm to Belgrade's gourmets and hedonists, as well as the entire region!

Soon, new, completely different restaurants will arrive in Gastrošor, and from now on, when someone tells us dolce vita, we will tell them - Insolita!
